Greywater trains system administrators on the things that keep services up — automation, incident command, access hygiene. We measure outcomes, not attendance. Based in Manchester, delivered across the UK.

Solo & Small Teams
1–5 admins
For the person (or handful) holding it all together. Short, focused sessions you can take without the whole rota falling over.
Mid-Size Ops
6–20 admins
A full cohort from one team, running the same material together. This is where the culture shift happens — shared runbooks, shared language, shared on-call.
Large & Multi-Site
20+ admins
Rolling programmes across sites and shifts, with a consistent standard everyone's held to. We coordinate the logistics so you don't have to.
Straight up: we don't run vendor-specific certification bootcamps. If a single product exam is the goal, a specialist provider is a better call — and we'll say so.

FAQ
Usually within 18 minutes during working hours — that's our running average, not a marketing promise. A detailed quote follows a short scoping call.
Either. We deliver in person from Manchester and remotely across the UK. Larger clients often mix: a kickoff on-site, the rest online.
Prices shown exclude VAT, which we add at the prevailing UK rate. Invoices are itemised so they drop straight into a training or L&D budget. Standard terms are 30 days.
Six to twelve is the sweet spot for a full cohort. We run smaller focused tracks too. Over about fourteen and the hands-on parts thin out, so we'd suggest splitting.
No. We teach durable operations skills rather than coaching to a single vendor exam. If that's your only aim, we'll point you to a specialist.

When you submit the quote form, we collect the details you provide: your name, organisation, work email, phone number, team size, preferred delivery mode, areas of interest, and any notes. We also collect limited technical data automatically — browser type, device, approximate location derived from your IP address, and pages viewed — through cookies and analytics, but only after you consent.
We process your contact and enquiry details to prepare and discuss your quote and respond to you. The lawful basis is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interests in answering enquiries. Analytics and marketing cookies are processed on the basis of your consent.
To prepare your quote, contact you about it, measure site traffic, and — where you've consented to marketing cookies — measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal data.
We use Google Analytics (with IP anonymisation enabled) to understand site usage, and Google Ads conversion tracking to measure advertising performance. These providers act as processors and may transfer data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. They load only after you accept analytics and marketing cookies through our consent banner.
We use three categories of cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your consent choice. Analytics cookies measure anonymous usage. Marketing cookies support advertising measurement. You can accept or decline the non-essential categories through the banner, and clear cookies at any time in your browser.
Quote requests and enquiry records are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. To exercise any right, email us at the address below. We provide instructor-led training programmes covering automation, access management, incident response, and observability, delivered in person in Manchester and remotely across the UK. Programme scope, schedule, and fees are agreed with you before a programme begins.
You agree to provide accurate information, to use materials for your team's own professional development, and not to redistribute or resell our proprietary materials.
All course content, written materials, and branding remain the property of Greywater Systems Academy Ltd. Any deliverable your team produces during a programme belongs to you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the programme in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee specific career outcomes, promotions, or certifications.
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in each programme agreement. Where a programme doesn't leave your team with a working deliverable tied to your systems, we'll rework it with you at no extra charge.
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We'll try to resolve any dispute informally first. Failing that, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
